Production equipment for the preparation of composite linear nanomaterials
Our fully operational equipment produces composite linear nanofibrous yarns leveraging a globally unique technology for production of nanofibers using alternating current. This consists of a core yarn or filament enveloped by a nanofibrous layer. A notable increase in production capacity is achieved primarily through the addition of more electrodes and advanced stabilisation, enhancing the nanofibrous wrapping's adhesion to the core yarn. Like its laboratory counterpart, this equipment can handle a broad spectrum of polymeric materials and backing yarns, even those with lower linear weights. This innovation significantly broadens the horizons for product development using these unique composite linear nanofibrous structures.
